My journey began in my childhood home, where I eagerly observed my mother and grandmothers at work in the kitchen. I took every opportunity to absorb their knowledge and techniques. At the age of 15, I took on the responsibility of preparing family dinners, an unusual choice for a teenager, but one that I relished.

Over the years, I gained valuable experience working in various culinary settings, from fast-food and fine dining restaurants to bakeries. I even served as a school food service manager for 18 years. These experiences, although not always easy, were priceless in honing my cooking and baking skills.

My love for cooking extended to catering, where I had the privilege of creating delicious meals for weddings, family gatherings, and church events. I thrive on planning and executing memorable celebrations.

Beyond my culinary pursuits, my heart belongs to my family. I'm happily married to my husband Todd, the love of my life, and together, we have four wonderful children: Gavin, Tyler, Cody, and Hailey. Being a wife an a mother has fulfilled a lifelong dream, despite the challenges and occasional chaos. I wouldn't trade this experience for anything in the world; my family is everything to me.
